Join us on Lake Wesserunsett for a morning paddle to Black Point! Somerset Woods, in partnership with Lake Wesserunsett Association, is working to forever conserve the woods and wetlands of this iconic property long enjoyed by generations of lake residents. Paddlers may be treated to sightings of loons, osprey, great blue herons, kingbirds and more in addition to the beauty of the wetlands and forested shore.

We will launch from the public beach on Beach Road in Lakewood (Google Pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/MdHzsUFWSX3x2WR79 ) Parking at the beach is limited; paddlers will be asked to unload their boats at the launch and then park in designated areas. Parking details will be emailed to registered participants.
